Since the pandemic started, anxiety has been my foe. However, as part of the symptoms, I think I’m not ready to address and accept my anxiety yet. I’m just too scared. Is there anyone here who are experiencing anxiety symptoms too? What are those?

Heartburn, insomnia, and panic attacks are some of the symptoms of anxiety. There are breathing exercises that could improve the symptoms of being excessively worried. Consulting a professional could really be a big help.

I experienced a panic attack few months ago but a simple breathing exercise and calming music helped me out. A glass of warm milk also helped me to have a good sleep after that.

To get anxiety relief, there are so many ways. If you don’t mind, you can just change your location where people admire you and not criticize you. Because you aren’t a tree. You can move.

Sleeplessness, worrying a lot, panic attacks, headache, stress and eating problems. These are the common ones but those who have anxiety should surround themselves with people who truly care and seek help through counselling.
